Billing FAQ

Why is “Palm Beach Research” showing up on my credit card statement?

If your credit card statement shows a recent charge from “ SR*Palm Beach Research,” it signifies you recently signed up to receive one of our investment research services using a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit card.

If you purchased one of our subscriptions using an American Express credit card, the entry will appear as “www.PalmBeachGroup.com” on your credit card statement.

If you didn’t make such a purchase, or don’t recall having any purchase history with the Palm Beach Research Group, The Agora Inc., or its affiliates, please contact our customer service specialists at (888) 501-2598.

[Before January 1, 2018, billing charges from Palm Beach Research Group may have been displayed as “PSV*Palm Beach Letter” on your credit card statement.]

I don’t recall ordering anything from the Palm Beach Research Group. What do I do?

It’s possible that as a result of a closure of another related service in our network, you received a free year of a Palm Beach Research Group newsletter service.

Since Palm Beach Research Group newsletter subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default, it’s possible the charge you’re seeing is for an additional year of service. Or, it could be the smaller annual maintenance fee that is charged to lifetime subscribers.

If none of these scenarios apply, please contact our customer service specialists at (888) 501-2598.
