Cash House

A near-bankrupt actor now earns over $200,000 per year… renting out his house.

Yahoo Finance reports Dany Papineau listed his Canadian home on “shared economy” website Airbnb.

The company facilitates short-term lodging for people in over 190 countries. Instead of going to a hotel, Airbnb guests stay in someone else’s vacant home—or spare bedroom.

Guests like the service because they can stay in unique, convenient locations with all the comforts of home. Hosts like the service because they can bank a huge amount of cash…

Some hosts rent out the second room of their two-bedroom apartments. These folks earn about 81% of their monthly living expenses, on average.

But certain cities enjoy much higher rental incomes. San Diego hosts cover all their expenses… and earn an average profit of $31,000 per year.

One of our copywriters has a friend subletting her spare room through Airbnb. She earns $2,000 per month in rent… enough to live rent- and utility-free for the last five months.

Tom has even set his mother up as an Airbnb host. She’s earned about $10,000 profit in less than a year.
