  Justin’s research shows the property is underperforming its peers due to absentee corporate ownership and poor management.

“We have a rare opportunity to take a property performing at 50-60% of its potential, bring it to full potential, and achieve strong returns in the process,” says Justin.

“But even if we increase performance to just 85% of its potential (the conservative case), investors should see returns of about 14%. If we increase performance to just the average of similar Tallahassee hotels (our midline projections), we’ll see returns above 20%.”

2. Exponential growth investing lessons from a 25-year tech insider
